Booking Policy

At Infinite Impressions, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless booking experience. This policy outlines our terms and conditions for all bookings to ensure clarity and fairness for both our valued customers and our business.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit, as agreed upon during the booking process. An email confirmation detailing your booking, payment, and relevant dates will be sent to you.

Payment Due Dates:

  • Full Payment: For bookings requiring full upfront payment, this must be received by the date specified in your invoice or booking confirmation.
  • Deposits: If a deposit is required, it must be paid by the specified due date to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due by a date communicated in advance (e.g., 7 days before the service date).

Failure to Pay: If payment (or deposit) is not received by the due date, Infinite Impressions reserves the right to cancel your booking without further notice.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email) to Infinite Impressions. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notification.

Refunds for Cancellations:

  • More than 14 days before service date: A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 7-14 days before service date: A 50% refund of the total booking value will be issued.
  • Less than 7 days before service date: No refund will be issued.

Deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable, but may be considered for a partial refund on a case-by-case basis if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the service date, subject to an administrative fee.

3. Rescheduling by the Customer

Rescheduling Notice: Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing to Infinite Impressions.

Rescheduling Fees:

  • More than 14 days before service date: Rescheduling is permitted once without a fee, subject to availability. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a 15% rescheduling fee.
  • 7-14 days before service date: A 25% rescheduling fee will apply, subject to availability.
  • Less than 7 days before service date: Rescheduling is not permitted, and the cancellation policy (Section 2) will apply.

Availability: All rescheduling is subject to Infinite Impressions' availability. If a suitable alternative date cannot be found, the cancellation policy will apply.

4. No-Shows

If a customer fails to attend or receive the booked service without prior notification, it will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.

5. Cancellations by Infinite Impressions

In the unlikely event that Infinite Impressions must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure, force majeure), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of our cancellation.

6. Force Majeure

Infinite Impressions will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or widespread public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with customers to find a mutually agreeable solution, which may include rescheduling or a credit for future services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this booking policy will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the customer and Infinite Impressions.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Infinite Impressions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy.
